  Family holiday 2a & 2c motorhome Stayed for 2 weeks mid August Campsite is great for the kids with pools, park and ping-pong! Sunbeds were available as long as you arrive before 2pm. Huge pitches with hedge privacy. Loud until midnight, but people are on holiday! Showers were hit and miss for pressure and temp. I found one that worked the best and stuck to that one. Rarely any toilet roll in dispenser, so always take your own. Washer is €6 Dryer €4.50 On site shop was reasonably priced. Super U 5 mins away. Restaurant was great but sometimes you couldn't get a table even though there were loads free with no reservation on them. We walked in and sat down on the first night (like you do in most places) and got a shirty welcome as we didn't have a reservation. The cocktails weren't great for the price. One lady was really, really bad at making them and served me a warm pina colada, a sex on the beach that was just Vodka and OJ and on another occasion, gave me a mojito that I watched her make and she forgot to add rum and sugar...so it consisted of lime, mint, bitters and water! I told her it tasted wrong and she drank out of my straw, added a shot of rum and passed it back to me 😳.....I found a different bar tender who also tasted it and threw it straight down the sink and made me a proper one! €8 is too much for bad cocktails! Seafood lovers....if you take anything from this review, visit La Port which is 3 miles away...the best and cheapest, fresh seafood we have ever had! Definitely worth a visit. We also visited Puy Du Fou theme park, well worth the money 1.5hr drive away. Tip - Add meals when booking online to save time. I don't think I'd return to this campsite, purely because we spent 2 weeks here and have seen and done everything so we would explore a different area next time.

  Spent 3 weeks there this summer. It's a big site, fairly noisy in the evenings however generally a nice atmosphere. Lots of pitches crammed in. Jard sur Mer is nice and walking distance. The main negative that has put us off returning next year is they cater for large groups of young people (predominantly males of drinking age) which does not suit a family campsite. We had to endure a young drunk up on stage making a fool of himself but worse still, hitting a female companion in the middle of the dance floor in full view of young children whilst the bar staff did nothing. The pool is unsafe for children. Young males (20+) run amok, doing back flips into crowded pools, silly antics on the slides (see who can get down fastest irrespective of who is in the pool at the bottom), whilst pool "staff" do absolutely nothing. The female pool staff member was thrown in twice whilst we were there, the second time she seemed to be encouraging the attention. I'm afraid having someone in a fish suit entertaining young kids for 30 mins does not make it family friendly. The campsite really needs to get on top of this. The policy on groups needs to change and staff need to be trained properly.

  We have been here many times in our caravan and have become friend with many French mobile home residents . It is clean , convenient to the town and beach. The staff are always friendly and helpful . We have recommended the site to many people of different nationalities and they have all enjoyed their stay.
