  Delicious bread and pastries. The tradition baguette "Parisse" was very tasty. They have 3 types of Parisse which were equally good, but I really enjoyed the one with germinated rye grain. The viennoiseries were excellent, my favourite was the generous pain aux raisins. The chouquettes were very good with loads of sugar, and a nice balance between crusty and soft. I tried the eclairs also, but they don't have the traditional crème pâtissière filling. Instead it's a similar filling to the Paris-Brest (crème mousseline/diplomate... I'm not too sure). These were good nonetheless. The staff were always nice and smily. Great boulangerie.

  Very nice window and very warm welcome. The pastries and brioches are excellent. The macaroons are very tasty and you will find something for everyone. Concerning the pastries, all magnificently presented, with promising pairings. The blueberry, strawberry-apricot and pomegranate tart are a dream come true. However, I find that the pastries are too sweet and sometimes lack a little acidity which would make these desserts superb and promising, perfect. On the other hand, nothing to say about chocolate desserts where the choice of +70% cocoa is wise. A treat for the taste buds and at the right price. Thank you for this delicious moment.

  While in Vairé for a week, we took a trip to the Jard sur Mer flea market...at the bend of an alley we stopped at this bakery and what a surprise! The window was very clean! The products were all desirable...and despite the late hour there was still plenty of choice... We took a tray of 9 small cakes and a shaped grain...the prices are more than justified...everything is delicious...the saleswoman was very friendly and very smiling...it was a pleasant surprise to stop at your bakery!
