It is in Bouin, on the Port des Champs that Baptiste spends his days. Living to the rhythm of the tides, he has chosen a small quality local production! With passion, even love for his favorite shellfish, he raises his oysters for about 3 years in the nourishing waters of the Bay of Bourgneuf. 3 years of delicate and demanding work to offer amateurs the most beautiful products possible. A fleshy oyster, with a pronounced length in the mouth. You can get a feel for it by visiting him at the farm shop, on the colorful Port des Champs. And by taking a look behind the counter, you will be able to see Baptiste and his collaborators busy.
A work that bears fruit since its production is regularly rewarded at the Paris General Agricultural Competition. Silver medalists in 2017, 2019 and 2020 , Baptiste's oysters win the gold medal in 2022!
The shop is open Monday to Friday, depending on the tides. So to compensate for its schedules dictated by nature, a distributor of oyster baskets is accessible 24 hours a day right next door. But every Saturday morning it is Baptiste who will welcome you to serve you oysters, bouchot mussels, clams, winkles… Finally on Sunday, find him at the Jaulnières Market in La Roche-sur-Yon.
Passionate and in osmosis with Nature, he makes the most of it, respecting the traditions handed down by the elders.
