Brioches Fonteneau is above all a family story that began in 1977. Today it is more than 300 employees, 3 production sites in Vendée and more than 45 years of know-how!

OUR HISTORY

The story therefore began in 1977 in Chavagnes-en-Paillers when Gilles and Marie-Jo Fonteneau bought a small bakery. Driven by their common passion for Vendée gastronomy, the Fonteneau family quickly devoted all their energy to making brioches and brioches. Shortly after the launch and thanks to their two horses, they began to deliver their products to supermarkets in the region. The small van is today the emblem of the brand!

Since 2017, Mathieu and Christine, the second generation, have been at the head of the company. Today it is a growing company that continues to innovate with passion, kindness and commitment.

OUR PRODUCTS

The factory outlet is located in Montaigu-Vendée. Isabelle and Sylvie will welcome you there from Monday to Friday from 8:30 am. From traditional Vendée waste through Nanterre brioche to brioche cakes, come and discover or rediscover their products!

Brioche recipes and formats: Label Rouge brioche, brioche, Nanterre brioche, seeded brioches, chocolate chip brioche, pearl-sugar brioche, brioche cake… and many more to be found in store.
