  Good, well-refined cheese but which nevertheless lacks a bit of wild nature. Indeed, if I go back to the breeding menu, there is little space for the goats to graze outside in complete freedom, because everything around there are only cultivated fields. I say this because in my time I very often took the goats, especially during school holidays, to graze in the surrounding hills filled with brambles, nettles and other wild herbs.... Then my grandmother passed the milk through all the forms of curdling with calf rennet, then fresh cheese in cheese makers, then drying in the attic before it became an extra goat's cheese (I remember it as if it were was yesterday). Well that was in my time, I must be the last of the Mohicans... times have changed tastes too, too bad...

  Excellent cheese made with passion. The owners are very friendly and always have a smile, don't hesitate.

  Excellent products and the producers are very friendly and passionate about their profession, and they do not hesitate to share their passion with us. I highly recommend.
