BEILLEVAIRE, A QUALITY CHEESE BRAND WELL REPRESENTED IN VENDÉE
Sweet scented scents emanate from the Halles de la Vie in Saint-Gilles-Croix-de-Vie, a few minutes from the Place du Vieux-Port. Established since last April, the Beillevaire cheese dairy delights the palate with carefully matured products, displayed on 40 m2 of well-stocked stalls.
Cow, sheep, goat or mixed, the cheeses are delicious with no less than 80 varieties on offer. The maturing cellar allows you to bring personalized know-how to these characterful products which are partly regional, to be enjoyed on toast or in a prepared dish.
This is also what the restaurant of this brand, called Frometon, offers. Following on from Beillevaire, he produces delicious cheeses all year round and according to the seasons through bistronomic cuisine. Cheese is a real treat to taste, let yourself be tempted.
