On May 13, 2022 5 p.m., the lights come on...
La Gapette opens its doors and embarks on a great adventure. This guinguette is above all the story of two men, the fruit of an unlikely encounter between an old rocker Daniel Biron and a young actor-director Enzo Martin, who, convinced that a guinguette and a theater could offer a tasty artistic and cultural mix, have been able to combine their dreams and their hopes to bring this project to life.
La Gapette is a place where you can find to drink a good local beer, taste boards, enjoy food-trucks, concerts and entertainment. It is also 1300m2 of cozy and rural space in the middle of oaks and chestnut trees, all animated by a dynamic and welcoming team. It is a place of inspiration and creation with human values of listening, respect and sharing between all generations. A unique and friendly setting in the heart of Les Epesses where the passion for the arts, celebration and the taste for good things live.
From a board game with friends over a drink, a couple sharing a charcuterie board, to a show dedicated to children, a local music group or a ball for our elders, everything is an excuse to get together and finally take the time to live and share passions and artistic universes.
The lights go out... and come back on!
La Gapette is also a much larger project and this fall will also open the indoor performance hall where 200m2 will be waiting for you to continue these timeless bubbles sheltered from the weather.
