Le P'tit Sablais At the market of the Halles Centrales of Sables-d'Olonne

This is a unique establishment in Les Sables-d'Olonne. Originally an oyster bar, Le P'tit Sablais has evolved to offer an aperitif-cuisine concept. In the heart of the central market halls, two or fifteen people can now sit down to enjoy the friendliness of the place over a drink and plates to share.

Open from seven o'clock for morning coffee, Le P'tit Sablais offers the chef's specialties prepared live behind the counter. The market is his pantry. Every day, he thus highlights the products of the neighboring benches in his plates to share: oysters of course, stars of the market, burrata that he accompanies with crushed black olives, pesto and homemade truffle oil, but also meats, fish, cheeses and seasonal vegetables that he prepares to make delicious tasting dishes for the aperitif.
