In trompe-l'oeil or well arranged in their libraries, the books sign the original decor of the Autograph. All tell the same love story: that of good things. Between its orchards, its vegetable gardens, its coasts and its vineyards, the Southwest is full of them. It is therefore to our beautiful region that the chef dedicates his gourmet creations.
If our restaurant in La Roche-sur-Yon is inspired by the literary world, it is the culinary creations and not the books that we devour on the yellow benches of the bright glass room. At L'Autographe, the meat is French, the vegetables are seasonal, the honey is produced in our hives and the fish comes from the fish market in Les Sables-d'Olonne, 25 km away. This abundance of local delicacies is the fabric of a well thought-out menu where French specialties are the main characters, but which does not lack exotic twists. Our heroine? The Autograph salad with marinated and grilled chicken, composed of many delicacies.
From the fillet of pollack and its coffee cream to the tartiflette burger and baby potatoes, our dishes go well with a good glass of wine. In addition to Bordeaux, Burgundy and Pays de la Loire wines, you can taste the family production of the Baulieu estate, an AOC Côteaux-d'Aix-en-Provence. We also offer our classic and signature cocktails. In summary, the Autograph is a place where you come to have fun, without ever being left wanting.
