Why am I embarking on the Samoussto adventure?
To return to my first loves and undertake because it is the right time for me. Passionate about cooking since always, I am trained in catering and hospitality.
With a technological baccalaureate in hospitality and a BTS in Culinary Arts and Table Arts in my pocket, I worked for 7 years as an assistant manager in a hotel-restaurant where I was able to bring my seriousness, my skills , and where I was able to acquire experience by regularly assisting the teams in the kitchen.
On a personal level, I have been living in Vendée since 2014, I have found peace here and I finally feel ready for entrepreneurship, I am ready to throw all my strength into the success of Samoussto.
Why a Samosa food truck?
For the record , the basic idea was suggested to me by my loved ones. I have been testing and perfecting all my samosa recipes with them for 6 years now and they ask for more every time. I now want to share them with more people, with finished recipes. I can't wait to hear your feedback!
Who is hiding in the trailer?
