Since 2016, Les Viviers de Sion in Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez has expanded their offering with oyster beds located in La Guittière, south of Les Sables d'Olonne. We offer you a selection of No. 3, No. 2 and uncalibrated oysters, raised in the open sea and refined in our ponds for optimal quality all year round.
