The Garnache Castle was an imposing 13th century defensive complex. Originally having 6 towers, connected by curtain walls, its design and architecture are particularly remarkable for the time. Destroyed by order of the king in the 17th century, unfortunately only ruins and a tower remain. Open to the public, you can discover an arms room, the lord's lounge and objects from the Middle Ages. A model of the original castle is at your disposal to understand its military interest.
