- Brasserie Opé is a craft and organic beer factory in the heart of Vendée in the emblematic town of Les Sables-d'Olonne.
  Opé beers are born from a demanding selection of organic malts and hops, combined with mastery of traditional brewing techniques.
  
  Pierre wants to integrate the Opé brewery into a local economic network, by working with the various stakeholders in the area: co-development of a recipe with a chocolatier from Sables-d'Olonne, promotion of spent grains with an organic farmer near the brewery, creation of a tasting box with a local cannery, etc.
  
  In addition, the brewery is equipped with a high-performance, automated heating system, powered by green electricity in order to reduce the environmental impact of the activity.
  
  The brewery opens its doors to the public and professionals, for visits and tastings, which allow for friendly discussions around this product rich in flavors.
  
  A word from the producer
  Aware of current environmental issues, we have chosen to reduce our waste production, in particular by setting up a bottle deposit system. Working with the Bout' à Bout' association, which offers a turnkey system, was an obvious choice!

I came to the brewery after tasting several of the Opé beers at Pierre et Vacances. Very warm welcome, exchange with the founder, advice on choosing your beers and understanding how they are brewed. Delicious beers, with a wide range suitable for all lovers of good beers. Like the beer made in collaboration with the best pastry chef in the world. I would like to find them in the Lyon region.

We warmly recommend the Brasserie and their OPE beers in Sables d'Olonne💕 We went through them for our wedding this summer 2024 and we don't regret it. There is a large selection of beers with sophisticated flavors and they were appreciated by our guests. They also offer sparkling non-alcoholic drinks that we also tested and which are great (lemonade type but with elaborate, varied and very fine flavors). The “little extras”: during our first visit to their brewery to find out, they were all very welcoming, smiling, friendly and professional. / the eco-cup keg and cup rental system is super well thought out for a wedding or even another occasion, everything went very well 👍🏼 Another big THANK YOU to the boss and the entire OPE team, it was a pleasure 🥰 Fanny & Pako

The brewer was super welcoming, he took the time to present his products to us, and even to give us a little tasting. Ope deserves to have more visibility to be able to develop. We wish them the best.
