Fermenting & Co Micro-brewery of kombuchas and non-alcoholic fermented drinks

Is a micro-brewery of kombuchas and non-alcoholic fermented drinks based in Les Sables-d'Olonne in Vendée. Kombucha is a healthy and natural, slightly effervescent drink produced from fermented tea.

It is first and foremost a family story. The idea came naturally to Florian and Alexia, cousins, to brew Kombucha, kefir and other fermented products.

Florian discovered kombucha a few years ago in the United States during his studies and during various trips to Hawaii and California, he immediately adopted it.

Alexia began to tame a SCOBY and experimented with recipes in her kitchen before having to abandon her crops to go to Australia. In her van, on the road, she continued to brew with passion, determination and creativity.

Back in France, they wanted to share this drink more widely. It is therefore in a premises in Les Sables d'Olonne, Alexia's hometown, that the Fermenting & Co adventure begins.

It was in 2023 that Alexa joined the adventure to make these fabulous drinks known to as many people as possible! The “Alex” duo was born from a common interest in committed entrepreneurship and gastronomy. Committed to our local impact, we put our efforts into our local partnerships.
