Medhi, our baker, works with brioche around creative sweet and savory recipes, in all these forms, and for all times of the day:

• For breakfast, you can sit down to enjoy a cooked egg with brioche bread, or take away a brioche and a coffee!
• At lunchtime, a lunch menu is offered with 3 snack options based on brioche bread (including one vegetarian), as well as a brunch menu for those with a sweet tooth.
• For snacks, you can find several sweet brioches in the window, some classics of course, but also creative recipes, filled, rolled, etc.
• Before the aperitif, it is always possible to pick up a delicious brioche préfou or some savory babkas!

• The menu of course lists the great coffee shop classics; espresso - cappuccino - latte - mocaccino - filter coffee..., as well as other creative and/or seasonal drinks around coffee. Julie prepares them with great attention, don't hesitate to ask her for advice, she will be able to direct you to this or that drink according to your tastes.
• If you are not a coffee lover, we also offer exceptional teas (including matcha and chai!), surprising Mexican chocolate, local kombuchas, and other fresh homemade drinks (juice, lemonade , iced tea…).
