The restaurant's cuisine perfectly reflects the Vertime identity: a taste for good living, good eating and conviviality. Based on local specialties and seasonal produce, dishes are prepared simply, with an emphasis on short supply chains and quality. The “Cali food” spirit reigns in the plates. Healthy, organic ingredients, a mix and match of recipes, cultures and cooking techniques, beautiful presentation, comforting dishes to share and, above all, freshness!
On the first floor, Vertime is a restaurant with authentic flavors, seating up to 90 people inside, with a terrace that can accommodate an additional 30 or more. Before settling down for a meal, enjoy a drink in the adjoining bar. Bright and leafy, it's the ideal place to strike up a conversation over house cocktails. When the weather turns cooler, you can take refuge here to catch up on old times in a cosy atmosphere.
