  The hotel is generally okay, clean etc, the only problem, which is kind a big one is that I never recevied the invoice that I needed for my business exprense and that is not up to any standard. Upon check out I was informed that the invoice will be issued and send to my email as the lady who was checking me out needed to wait for the husband to process it. After that I tried to contact the facility, I also received an email saying "Ok" to my request for invoice, but I never recevied it and there was no reaction to further attempts to contact.

  Two months ago, a customer expressed his dissatisfaction with the cleanliness and quality of the equipment in the Zen lodge. And the castle team responded: “Your experience with the bathroom and room amenities is also disappointing to read. We will immediately review these points mentioned and make the necessary repairs to ensure a more pleasant stay for our future guests. » However, to date, apart from the joints of the sink, nothing has changed. I would even add that I took a shower with cold water, even though only my wife and my son had taken a shower. Disappointing 😞

  Between friends we were able to enjoy the terrace all Sunday where we ate an excellent platter of cold meats and cheeses. And then enjoy the swimming pool and jacuzzi. It was a magnificent moment. The hosts are warm and welcoming. And finally our friend who was celebrating her birthday was given a nice surprise by the hosts 🥰. Thank you so much. We will come back.
