La Ferme Des Cowboys, a farm like no other!
🤠 What is Cowboy Farm?
Welcome to Ferme Des Cowboys, nestled in the heart of Venansault!
Launched at the beginning of September 2023, our project's main objective is to highlight French Beef (VBF) by combining direct sales and the online sale. And that's not all ! We also want to showcase our rare specimens from the farm in a unique format.
Concerning the breeds of meat that we sell, we have opted for varieties that are rarer in France and of exceptional quality. You probably know them by name, but you may never have had the opportunity to taste them. Yes, we are obviously talking about Black Angus , Aubrac, Bazadaise and Wagyu ( otherwise known as Kobe Beef).
Additional information: All of our beef of French origin are selected from a very young age on high-potential breeding farms. They are then raised in our open-air fields (weather permitting) and fed mainly on grass from our pastures until they are 30/36 months old.
😍 What do you sell ?
At La F erme Des Cowboys, you have the chance to choose from several ranges of products according to your desires!
- If cooking is not your strong point, our cooked dishes such as chili con carne, goulash, beef bourguignon, will delight you wonderfully! These products are already pre-cooked, you just need to reheat them for a few minutes before enjoying!
- In addition to these dishes, La Ferme des Cowboys also offers dry products , such as its delicious dried beef, its sausage, its slightly spicy chorizo, as well as its Espelette pepper rillettes or its liver terrine.
For those who particularly appreciate good red meat, opt for our meat packages, available in different formats:
- Prestige package of +/- 7.5kg
- Traditional package of +/- 7.5kg
- Traditional package of +/- 5kg
- Autumn flavors package of +/- 5kg
- Grill package of +/- 4kg
Finally, we also offer all kinds of offal to loyal fans of these often underestimated pieces.
🤔 Do you organize guided tours of your farm?
Yes of course! Welcome to our brand new universe, which we have named " The Park "!
Guided tours ? accessible to all? where you can admire rare specimens that you won't come across every 4 mornings? It's possible and it's happening here!
There you will find our Black Angus, Aubrac, Bazadaise, Wagy, Buffalo, Zebus, Longhorns, and sometimes even one or two donkeys hiding among them. So, keep your eyes peeled!
Very soon, "little" new ones (so to speak) will appear on our site. It's a unique experience in the West of France.

Currently, we do not have a store at the Farm. If you wish to purchase our products outside the markets, I invite you to visit our superb online store, where you can benefit from home delivery.
