  For us… we have been in Talmont-Saint-Hilaire for 6 years, originally from Auvergne. We work with Parthenaise and Limousin beef, which has character and is very tasty.
  
  Our product phrase… prime rib. Also savor our homemade salads, boudine (winter speciality), homemade sausages all year round, old-fashioned and artisanal homemade pâtés… not to mention the triple house and charcuterie platters for your receptions.
  
  In a warm atmosphere, we remain at your disposal to satisfy you.

Prime rib purchased as soon as it is made: a pure delight! My parents have just moved to Talmont, we know it’s going to be our favorite Butcher in the whole world 🥰 Such a warm welcome too! Go there with your eyes closed, you won't be disappointed!

While passing through I stopped at this butcher's shop for its excellent skewers and super good pâté. Prices are in line with quality 👍. I recommend with my eyes closed
