A family business that has existed for almost 27 years and has just been taken over by the younger generation, located in l'Aiguillon, the peninsula makes every effort to continue in the footsteps of the previous generation by offering you products at the butcher's and charcuterie quality and manufacturing "home" to the old. By coming to us, you will consume local meat. All our pâtés are homemade as well as the black puddings, crickets, sausages etc…
In July and August, our butcher offers you all summer roast chickens with his small potatoes cooked in the rotisserie as well as a wide choice of skewers and grilled meats. Hot crickets every morning. In winter, we will also offer you every Saturday calf's head, veal strawberries and hot double fat with its small vegetables. But also homemade tripe as well as cooked dishes style pot au feu…
For your receptions, up to a maximum of 80 people, we offer cold buffets, hot meals, or suckling pigs, please order a week in advance. The friendliness and listening to our customers is our priority. We will do our best to satisfy you.
