HORSE RACING AT THE MALBRANDE RACECOURSE, IN TALMONT-SAINT-HILAIRE

Do you like horse racing? The beautiful Malbrande racecourse (also called the Sables d'Olonne racecourse) welcomes you to Talmont-Saint-Hilaire for a moment with family or friends. Come and see a horse race in the Vendée, here the welcome is friendly for regulars as well as for horse racing lovers passing through. For a day or a nice evening, there is a brasserie and something to eat inside and outside. The restaurant has a glass roof with a view of the racetrack. For an exotic and original moment, come experience the atmosphere of horse racing!

The racecourse, the first version of which dates from 1970 (modernized in 2005) consists of 2 tracks, for the different types of races: trotting races, gallop races and hurdle races (arrangements of the gallop track).

Is this your first experience? At the counter, you will be given a booklet to understand the environment of horse racing and how to bet, so you can have fun understanding the rules and the challenges of these impressive races, full of speed and tactics! It is possible to visit the stables (for a small additional fee).
