  Last fall, we purchased a Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 36i sailboat through Mr. Delacoux at Rose Marine. We bitterly regret it! This hid major problems from us such as the detachment of the roof plexiglass and the very significant degradation of the silent blocks on which the engine rests. Certifying that the boat could be conveyed in this way, the professional Breton conveyors I had called upon had to make a technical stopover after only 200 nautical miles. They reported to me that they had been put in danger: significant water intake through the roof plexiglass and the engine had separated from the silent blocks. The repairs cost us over €4,000! And we had to call on other conveyors for the remaining 300 miles because the repairs had fallen behind schedule and the Bretons no longer had confidence in the boat. Informed of the problems encountered, Mr. Delacoux took refuge behind the words "in the condition well known to the buyer" and "we can take the boat back from you" (but all the administrative formalities had already been completed)... As a contribution to the costs: €174! A joke worthy of an incompetent and very disingenuous sales intermediary. This is our 4th purchase and we have never encountered such a margoulin. Pierre is kind and personable, but he doesn't know the sailboats he is selling or is he in cahoots with the seller to hide the defects and sell it at any price? Please avoid a purchase from Roze Marine!!!

  We dealt with Mr. Delacoux for the purchase of our sailboat. Beneath his knowledgeable appearance, and using benevolence, this person is completely incompetent in the sale of sailboats. This becomes apparent very quickly if you ask specific questions. Worse, be wary because its sales contracts do not comply with current legislation. No paragraph of information for the buyer and nothing on possible guarantees, which are obligations when acting as a sales intermediary. He sells his boats as if he were a private individual! In this case, you might as well deal directly with the individual. Avoid this "fortune teller", you will certainly find more reliable sales intermediaries in the region.

  ATTENTION !!! Mr. Delacoux is a sales intermediary who practices outbidding by communicating offers to potential buyers to increase the price. He does not hesitate to hide defects to exclusively serve the interests of the seller. Forewarned is forearmed. Response to your response, Mr. Delacoux: You are the same as yourself by hiding behind an “I don’t know you”!
