Jean and Théo, chef and professional sommelier welcome you to their refined and elegant restaurant, with refined cuisine. Childhood friends and passionate about good products for years, it was only natural that they decided to open an establishment in their image in the center of La-Roche-Sur-Yon.
The semi-gastronomic recipes are balanced and delicate, accompanied by a careful selection of wines perfectly matched to the dishes. Everything is homemade from fresh and seasonal ingredients, highlighting their terroir and traditions through tasting menus, à la carte or a lunch formula.
The reduced proposals allow a regular change of the menu, in a relaxed atmosphere which wants to be like at home. Open from Wednesday to Saturday for lunch and dinner, the restaurant remains open on Sunday afternoon in a popular wine bar spirit. Agitate your taste buds at Ajités, you will be delighted.
