Thomas Brioche: 128 years of gourmet heritage
Since 1896, our company, anchored in the Pays de la Loire region, has been perpetuating the art of traditional Vendée bakery. Located in the heart of the Vendée countryside, we draw on our roots to preserve authentic recipes passed down from generation to generation.
And yes, Arthur Maline, our founder, was not being smart. He did not know that he would put his descendants in trouble for more than 100 years...
Our family business is run by four generations who have succeeded one another in preserving and enriching this unique know-how. Every day, our passionate bakers create iconic pure butter specialties such as:
- The Gâche de Vendée, rich and tasty.
- Brioche de Vendée, soft and golden as desired.
Without additives, colorings or preservatives , our specialties are made with simple, quality ingredients, carefully selected, mainly from the Grand Ouest, reflecting the culinary heritage of our region and respect for baking traditions.
