- Renovated in 2021, the four vacation rentals at Villas Les Bains de Mer are ideally located in the immediate vicinity of the Vendée islands on the Fromentine seafront in the heart of its shopping village and restaurants. This location allows you to discover three tourist destinations in a single stay: Noirmoutier, the island of Yeu and the Pays de Saint Jean de Monts.
  
  Lovers of nature sports; water sports, hiking trails, trail courses, bike loops; will discover the fine sandy beaches, the beautiful national forest of the Pays de Saint Jean de Monts and the Marais Breton Vendéen.
  As for gastronomy, the village of Fromentine invites you to discover its oyster farmers and savor good seafood platters in their cabins.
  Located in an area classified as Seaside Heritage, remarkable buildings and heritage complexes, our rentals are distributed in two houses on the same property, one facing the sea and the other on Avenue du Phare.
  
  The bus station is also close to our rentals with regular buses from Nantes station line 13. Once you arrive, you no longer need to take your car. You will have access on foot to the market on Saturday morning all year round and Monday evening in the summer season and to food shops: bakeries, grocery store, fishmonger, restaurants. The pier to take the boat to Ile d’Yeu is also a few meters away on foot.
  They are classified as furnished tourist accommodation*** on the basis of comfort for four people per accommodation.
  Private and secure parking is shared between these four rentals. An electric charging station is available. A closed bicycle room is also available as well as a cabin with games available and additional equipment available: baby kit, dryer, irons and ironing board...

Warm welcome, the owners take great care. We booked “villas les bains de mer” everything is done to make you feel good. Very clean with sheets and towels provided. We had a great time as a family. Very well located in front of the sea and close to shops. We will come back 🙏 Yours truly.

We had an excellent stay in the house “La Pêcherie”. Nothing to complain about the rental except that we were unable to connect to the wifi. Just a small suggestion: a point of light is missing next to the front door (when you want to go down in the evening, the staircase is not lit and can become a little dangerous. the button at the bottom of the steps does not work). You told me that I would find what I needed for my little dog in the “find everything” cabin. But it was closed.

Impeccable home, and well equipped. Missing a large stewpot for the large spiders to cook! Close to beaches, fishmongers, bakery etc... Honestly great. Accommodation for people with reduced mobility and animals. It's really appreciable. The housekeeper is very available. Really nice.
